This dinner celebrates some of the most legendary and collectable wines. Clos du Mesnil is arguably the greatest single vineyard in Champagne. We will have a mini vertical from 1985, 1990, and 1995. For Bordeaux we will focus on the legendary 1961 vintage featuring Latour, Latour à Pomerol and Trotanoy three of the greatest examples of this stellar vintage. For Burgundy we will have four of the most famous and legendary names: Domaine de La Romanée-Conti, Henri Jayer, Domaine Leroy, and Armand Rousseau. These producers are widely acknowledged as the pinnacle of fine wine in Burgundy. Rhône will feature Rayas, Chave and Guigal, three names that represent the best of the region. Finally, we will have examples from the rest of the world of fine wine. Martha's Vineyard from California, Unico from Spain, and Monfortino from Italy.
